Well, I am too. It seems like every glorified photoshop enthusiast online is peddling some new, overly complicated training plan with goofy, obscure exercises they've never even done themselves. Please, for the love of god - Stop falling for the flashy BS you see on Instagram. I'll save you the suspense - It's all garbage. The photos are photoshopped, the training plans are absurd, the results are fake, and the nutrition plans are unsustainable, cookie-cutter, copy-and-paste nonsense that will have you falling off the wagon within days or weeks. Stop spinning your wheels. Stop the madness. It doesn't have to be that complicated.
Whether you're completely new to the gym, an average Joe, or a seasoned vet - I am confident that I can provide the guidance you need to become better. I am not an influencer.
