Yes, in fact you're exactly the type of client I am looking for. I want people I can really make a positive impact on for the long term. Beginners are welcome, as long as you have some basic understanding of how to perform the movements safely and correctly.
I would strongly recommend joining a gym, but if you have adequate equipment at home, you can make it work. Personally, I started off training in my basement for the first 5 years of my fitness journey and was able to build a very solid physique with simple movements and consistency.
It all depends on you. You bring the effort and consistency and I will steer you in the right direction. However, I cannot do the work for you. I cannot follow the nutrition advice for you. I cannot develop the discipline for you. It's all up to you. I am just here for support and guidance.
No. Fitness is a lifestyle and a lifelong commitment. There is no such thing as a quick fix. People who sell quick transformation programs are clowns, who will leave you falling off the wagon and tumbling back to square one in a matter of weeks. Slow and steady ALWAYS wins. If it's "quick" - it's bullsh*t.
